What Lipgloss/stick To Use On My Tan Skin? Ladies!?
Today I stopped at Target & was searching for some basic makeup. I’ve been having trouble finding the right color lipsticks. I like reds, but they dont seem to suit me very well even though I’m tanned- so I settle for more clear washed roller glosses that arent so bold & have a hint of color. Any one try these revlon glosses??http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/Pro…
I would like to try the berry juicy or cherry. I dont know how the plum would look on me. ANYONE HAVE ADVICE??? SEEN ANY PRODUCTS AT TARGET YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND? THANKS!!

It depends on the kind of tan you are. I’m olive complected, & reds look horrible on me. If you have skin like mine, try going for more neutral tones–clears, some pinks, & brown look best. You have to be very careful with reds.
If all else fails, ask about the stores return policy.

I think this product would be a good one to try out. A berry color would compliment the fuschia in your hair (if this is indeed you in the photo). Just remember to not let your eyes go bare, as a darker color such as berry will leave the rest of your face starving for color.
Good luck.

from personal experience i have tried to use lipgloss from target & other drugstores & nothing seems to work. Either they make my lips start to peel or have a filmy look after a while or it has no consistency & it is real thin & comes off easily. I purchased 1 tube of MAC lipgloss. It comes with hints of color or not. It is the best. It only takes a little. it lasts a long time to. You can also try their lipglass it is fantastic. It cost 12 dollars. I know you probably didn’t want to spend that much but it is a good investment

I have two separate make up bags one for the summer & one for the winter. in the winter I use dark brwns & dark corals. in the summer time I can wear not only dark browns but golds, corals, bronzes, & purpuls as well. do what youve been doing– shop around.

I would go with something like a light brown. But since you like reds I would go with something subtle like a gloss with red in it. Even though it looks like a deep red it usually has a light coat.

Since we are both tan I will suggest the plum. It would look very nice. Try berry juicy.
