Lipstick Answers

Hi, I’ve been looking for a lipstick that will give a good “berry stain” or “cherry popsicle” look. Any ideas in this lipstick line? or any other lipstick in fact?

it also sais something about a mini skirt, suntan line & red lipstick! Plz help need song for theatre

My lip piercing fell out whilst I was walking outside, I had a look for it but couldn’t find the outside part of it anywhere, so I took the inside part out & put it in my pocket. I have another lip jewelry thingy at home so I thought I would use that in my lip until I bought a new one. But I forgot about my lip until 5 hours later. So I tried to put the piercing in my lip, but it wouldn’t go in. It has now but it felt like I was piercing it again because it hurt as much as when I had it pierced. Now my lip is really sore & numb & the part of the lip that you would put lipstick on has gone really dry within minutes of putting the piercing in. I am not sure if this is right & don’t know what I am supposed to do. Do you think it could be infected? I hope not because I clean it everyday. Help! lol

I’m still recovering from a bad cold I had a week ago, with really runny nose. I still have a cough. My lips though, seem really dry, especially my top lip. There’s redness above my upper lip, & it’s really sore. I think it’s from the harsh wind & my cold combined. I had the same thing around my nostrils but it seems to have gone. I apply Vaseline & any other lip balms I have before bed & all day, but I only wake up feeling like there’s a thin layer of film or something over my top lip, which doesn’t peel off or anything. I tried brushing them gently with Vaseline, no use. Help, I look like I’ve got lipstick smeared above my lip & it hurts I have honey on them now, my mum says this might help. I tried moisturizing too.

my live in boyfriend & father of my two sons went out on a business networking cocktail hour. He met up with some people that would be good connections & went to a lounge. He came home at two in the morning, which he knows I’m not ok with. But when he came home I saw his shirt that he took off & it had make up on one shoulder & lipstick under the front shirt pocket. He also had a white line stain on his top pant leg. He said a lady fell into him at the club & that is where the lipstick came to play. The makeup he explained the next day was from a ex coworker he bumped into during the day, & the pant spot he doesn’t know. He tried to hide the stain on his shirt when he came in with his jacket. What should i do should i believe him. This is the first time in 3 years that this happened.

first i mix rimmel fix & perfect with sun-lotion cuz im fair skin tone
i put 4 dots on my face 3 on my forehead two on my cheeks i blend/rub it in even on my nose
2 i put on rimmel stay matte
3 i put Maybelle pure makeup mix with sunscreen again cuz they did not have the fair color & then apply with hands
4 apply a mineral foundation in fair
then cover girl buff beige
then a peach lipstick under my eyes then my conceal
5 then i put Maybelle dream matte powder in fair
then my eye makeup
that don’t cover my face engoth plz help put a routine below for me thanks

wats a bronzer stick? it looks like a really fat tube of lipstick, but its a bronzey-goldish color. on the cap, it says its a bronzer stick? what do u do with it? do u just apply it to the face like regular bronzer?

Is it really worth the extra money for department store make-up? I’m a bit of a tomboy & never have been able to put on make-up well; it smudges & looks greasy (even directly after I apply it). Basically, I look like a five-year-old trying to wear her mother’s make-up…So I thought maybe if I went to a department store counter & they showed me how to put it on & I bought that make-up it might look better.
Does it look/work better? If there was a certain kind of make-up (ie, foundation/powder, eyeliner, lipstick, eyeshadow, etc.) that you would spend more on, what would it be?
Also, what are good brands? The brands avaliable at the Macy’s near me are: Lancome, Shiseido, Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, & Clarins.

Like this but not so intense, whats the best way to apply it. What eyliner colors (dark or bright) for blue-gray-green eyes?
Lipstick: Good yet somewhat cheap dark red, or the best colors for pale, pale skin.
Eyeshadow: I’m starting to get into really bright colors & really dark colors, is there any you can recommend me?

The bottom part of my top lip is a different colour than the rest of my top lip. It’s not that noticeable…and my lower lip is a normal colour…my question is why is it discoloured? I don’t & have never worn lipstick before…but I am addicted to chapstick & constantly apply chapstick on my lips…what is discolouring the bottom part of my top lip? Is it from using chapstick too much? What are some solutions?

before bed, i apply vaseline like people say to do, but when i waske up in the mornings, my lips feel like a dry greasy piece of meet & they seem worse!!!

I have Full blown Fibromyalgia & have tried & still doing the best I can with my doctor’s care, but I have been reading a book that says to Avoid Salicylates & take Gauifenesin. That Salicylates block gauifenesin & gauifenesin helps your body remove phosphates from your body. Kidney are not working right & customarily friendly phosphates…there’s just too much of it in the wrong places. Actually it’s a book that details a treatment that reverses Fibromyalgia by avoiding salicylates & gauifenesin helps with this treatment. I tried the Gaufenesin after asking my doctor, who said he thought it would NOT hurt me & maybe help. But he also said I did NOT have to avoid salicylates. Nothing happened…. so I reread the book & it says, you must avoid salicylates in order for this treatment to work. If anyone out there has tried this treatment, please let me know. I almost never use make up, unless you count lip gloss as one & I really want to start using it for the new school year, 1st year in high school =O
I need lots of help though.
I have fair skin, some freckles, big grey-green eyes, dark eyelashes & medium lips.
What colour of shadows, mascara etc. should I use for my eyes & how much?
I want it to look pretty natural & cute :#)
Also, how do I apply mascara, so there are absolutely no clumps?
And is blush useful?
And I don’t want to use lipstick, so are there any really good lip gloss that come with a bit of a color?
And last, what is the very best brand of make up?

ok so anyway i put my sheets & cloths in the washer today & before i started it my mom tells me to wait so she can put one pair of jeans in it. so it gets washed & dried & i pull out my sheets & cloths & there is brown splotchy stuff all over it. it turns out that my mom had a tube of tan lipstick in the pocket of those jeans & it got all over like every single one of my shirts!! & my 500 thread count egyptian cotton sheets! is there anyway that i could get these stains out??? cuz it looks like brown sparkely **** all over my cloths?!?!! everything i had in there was really expensive too ? omg help please?

I had just finished showering & getting dressed & I turn around to find my cat with her two front paws wrapped around my leg, this is not unusual she does it quite often in a friendly manner & she was in heat. I bent down to remove her & at that point she jumped into the air at my face, her first paw hit my lips & her other barely touched my ear & neck, then I had to pull her off. She left 3 claw marks below my bottom lip (only one is deep) & 1 above my top lip that pierced through the entire lip, she kept hissing at me afterwards & I had to usher her out of the bathroom using the bottom of a laundry basket as a shield, the only reasoning I can come up with is she was having hormonal related issues a few weeks ago & I was wearing very bright lipstick (Which I don’t usually do) but if anyone has any other reasons or if you think she is sick in some way (She has had her rabies vaccine quite recently, 4 weeks about & she is an indoor cat) please answer.
