Lipstick Answers

Hi, I’ve been looking for a lipstick that will give a good “berry stain” or “cherry popsicle” look. Any ideas in this lipstick line? or any other lipstick in fact?

The color that looks best on them. We all have different skin tones & lip tones, so the shades of lipstick for all of us have to be different.

it depends on your skin tone too, but I would use like a berry color or a dark pink color

my lips form a natural pout. like when i relax my face my lips look pouty…..i think? but anyways, my main question is how do i know which lip color looks best on me? i’ll try one on & look in the mirror & i’ll think it looks nice, but my friends will say it doesnt look right on me…..how do i know what lip color is for me?

I use Maybellines wet shine “dewy lilac” but cant find it anymore.
Have gone to their website & tried the “lost & found” which is supposed to be a tool that matches up but for some reason the list of colours isnt coming up.
Have tried contacting them with no success

Or is it a clash of colours?
My eyes are a bright greeny blue, & I also have light brown hair & quite pale skin.
If you could include photos of someone with my colouring wearing red lipstick,thatd be great!

And by hot pink i means its practically neon! Was thinking of just going dark, dark eyes, black bag, black shoes?

Nude would be the best for natural look, & perfect to combine with smokey eyes for special occasion.

I’m a brunette with brown eyes & fair skin. Whenever I have one of those makeup demos done, they tell me to stick to the brownish-pink shades of lipstick. They tell me not to go too light. It took me some time to get used to that, but it seems to work for me.

I think red is nice even for day time just don’t make it to bright. Ok?

I use shades of brown, but it also depends on your skin tone…i am fair with red hair so the green & brown work well.

Specifically, what brands should I look for in drug stores, or in stores such as Target? Also, what color should I be looking for? As I said, my skin is very, very fair. Thank you!
