well here is my question…Have any of you heard buying a “Pig in a Poke”?
For what is about to happen Obama is going to address the nation & try to sell the American People a “Pig in a Poke”?
If the People are gullible & once again listen to the con, all they are going to find when that poke is opened is a “SKUNK”.

What Does The Saying “lipstick On The Pig” Mean?

This question refers to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
I don’t mean actually putting lipstick on a pig.
My management teacher presented this statement that was not in my text book. It says:
The human face that CSR applies to capitalism goes on each morning, gets increasingly smeared & then washes off at night.
Why could she refer that as “lipstick on a pig”?
